In this practice, I invite you to boost your confidence to face any situation more assertively and with full awareness. It's not about feeling better than others but knowing you can always improve. After all, mistakes are not the opposite of success, but they indicate the way to achieve it. Having this awareness gives us more authenticity, more freedom and, as a result, strengthens our self-confidence. I recommend doing it daily to start your day on the right foot.
