Those wounds in our hearts that we ignore may be compared with being trapped in a small stall with a wild horse. In order to heal our wounds, we need to confront the wild horse that lives in our hearts. Join me in a journey to the inner self in which forgiveness will become the key to set us free from resentment and fear so we can finally accomplish a state of serenity and peace and the evolution of our spirit. This meditation is based in The Wild Horse analogy found in the book “Empty Cradle, Broken Heart” by Deborah L. Davis
