Hi! 

We can use this meditation to work on our fears and anxiety. It can be for something specific or recurrent. 

Please note that in order to improve the effectiveness of this exercise you will need to do this meditation for 7 or 21 days in a row, depending on the intensity of the fear or anxiety you're dealing with. 

If one day was interrupted, you'll have to start over again.

We work with these sacred numbers and repeat exercises, rituals or mantras these amount of times to seal the intention and elevate the process.
