They’re filling your mind and your body with every shallow breath you take.
All those thoughts,
All those regrets,
All those upsets and fears.
They dance together in your mind,
Weaving their stories and haunting you with each scene.
Your stomach is in knots.
And your adrenaline is pumping.
So begin with a deep breath in, my love,
So those demonic thoughts can disappear once and for all.

Write down all those thoughts that are swirling around in your head. Write back to them, as if interacting with them, questioning them, dissolving their power.
