Join us as we continue our meditative journey through Lent. Last week, we reflected on the truth that God is not overwhelmed by our needs or emotions, and now we shift our focus to the emotional nature of his response to us. Our Savior looks at us and his heart is moved with empathy for our hurts, our needs, and our burdens.

This podcast is a part of a six-week series inspired by the idea of walking through a Labyrinth, an ancient geometric shape that symbolizes a journey. We encourage you to go for a walk if you are able, or choose another physical activity, to best engage your body, heart, and mind as you listen. Resist the urge to speed through or skip ahead, and lean into the moments of silence with an open heart. Each week's meditation will take us deeper into the Season of Lent as we move toward the hope and joy of Easter.
