I’m Dan DiGregorio, and in this meditation, we’ll explore a gentle, non-dual body scan — a practice that invites you to move beyond the mind, beyond effort, and into the reality of what already is. Whether you listen along or use this as a guide throughout your day, this meditation is designed to bring more stillness, ease, and spaciousness into your experience.
🌿 Begin with the Body
Start by finding a comfortable seat, or lie down if you prefer — as long as your mind remains alert.
Feel your sit bones grounded on the surface beneath you. Let your spine gently rise from the base upward, noticing the natural alignment of your body. Take a moment to release any unconscious tension. Soften your shoulders, your face, your jaw. Relax through your entire body.
Now, begin to relax into the breath. No effort. Just noticing. Let the breath flow naturally, and observe the space it moves through — the chest, the ribs, the lungs.
🧘♂️ Resting in Awareness
Return to your seat with relaxed awareness.
Let your breath continue to flow effortlessly.
Feel the points of contact between your body and the surface. Let your awareness settle without trying — just rest.
From there, gently scan through your body:
• 🦵 Lower Body: Legs, hips, thighs — spacious and relaxed.
• 🌀 Torso & Spine: Let awareness move through the mid-body.
• 👁️ Face & Head: Soften the jaw. Relax the eyes. Let the mind rest.
This is not visualization. It’s not imagination. It’s simply being aware of experience itself. Feeling what’s here, without changing it.
✨ Pure, Spacious Presence
As the meditation deepens, allow your awareness to spread naturally — not controlling, just observing. Notice the whole body. Notice the breath.
Let yourself sink into the simple miracle of being.
This presence, this awareness, this peace — it is always available to you.
Like the breath. Like the heartbeat. No effort. No seeking. Just being.
