You ever felt overwhelmed, stressed or anxious; well this is the episode for you. The second episode in our January topic of Mental Health, we are looking at the benefits of meditation and how just a small amount each day, can bring so much calm and focus to your mind and over all wellbeing.
I have teamed up with my good friend Gaby, who will be taking us on a 5 minute meditation during this episode. So get comfy, grab a drink, (I've opted for water today) and relax into a new calm state of mind.
