In this short meditative talk I share reflections on practice with the sounds of a soccer practice in the background. Recorded in Vlorë, Albania.

Meditate Everywhere, where sound art meets wellness, is a project about not turning away from the sounds of life and the world but welcoming them in as part of the practice. 

It offers an opportunity to deepen presence and understanding of self by adding new layers to the practice of awareness.
