Host Tommy Cassell talks with Medway's girls soccer and boys basketball coach Jason Rojee.  The girls soccer team has been to back-to-back Division 3 state championship games and the boys basketball team earned the Tri-Valley League title last year as well.   Cassell talks with Rojee about his coaching style, how to get the seniors to help motivate underclassmen, and why coaches should support student-athletes who seek to play in private programs.
