Meekness is not of this world. Meekness can only be found in God because it comes from God. The source of meekness is the same source of the gifts of the Spirit. All of the gifts of the Spirit are just different expressions of love. When the meditations of our heart stay upon meekness or love we are more likely to have meekness filled responses to the people around us. When are our thought life is filled with carnality and not reigned in by the Spirit we are more likely to have judgmental reactions to those around us.
