Join Rob and DB as we talk with special guest, two-sport All American Antoine Cason (DB  was quickly corrected on this subject).  We talk with AC about everything from his HS football days, his time at U of A, and his 8 year NFL career. We ask AC what it's like to be a college athlete one day and then a first round NFL draft pick the next. AC talks about his transition out of the NFL and offers great advice to HS and college athletes going through the transition. Of course, we share stories and laugh a lot like usual.
