Ashleigh Duffy is the Senior Team Leader at Heathlands Village, helping to guide and nurture staff throughout their lives and careers at The Fed.

Having joined The Fed in 2014 and risen through the ranks, Ashleigh is perfectly placed to talk about the challenges of running a care home the size and complexity of Heathlands Village - but beyond the everyday responsibilities she carries out, Ashleigh lets us in on her early dreams of the RAF, working behind a bar... and the one thing she really doesn't like about social care work!
