Attorney Todd M. Johnson is from Monroe, Louisiana. Over the course of his professional career, he took a non-traditional route to become both an Engineer and Attorney, respectively.

After High School, he joined the United States Air Force as an enlisted airman and graduated from Southern Illinois University with a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering Technology. Following his enlistment, and while in the Reserves and working as an engineer, he received a Masters from Louisiana Tech University in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center and was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2009.

He has his own law firm and is part owner of a mental health  rehabilitation clinic.
