That is Barbara Ssengendo or Barbie as most of us call her. She is a creative in all aspects of the word! She is the CEO of a clothing brand called Barb'D that deals with hoodies, sweatshirts and T-shirts that are synced with art designs and graphics so people will get to discover their artistic side through the brand.
