When Beck met and married a man in the military almost 20 years ago nothing could prepare her for the life that lay ahead. The moving and the packing/unpacking, making friends and leaving them and the general loneliness that comes when you are far from your family and your military person is away for months on end. Beck started to post real and honest accounts about her life as a military wife and it really resonated with others in her situation.
