Del Wright is the Executive Vice President of Expansion. His responsibilities include coaching and expanding the District Advisory Boards and FP Regional Managers, financial development and launching FPoA in new U.S. markets. Del graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Central Florida, where he also played football. In 2007, he graduated with a master’s degree in Christian Ministry with a focus on Missions and Evangelism from Asbury Theological Seminary. Del is an Executive Member of the John Maxwell Team and has his own Executive Coaching and Leadership Development Business, “Wright Way Leadership.”
