Raphael T Tshibangu, M.D is a practicing Obstetrician and Gynecologist in Rochester, New York, and a Fellow of the American College of Ob-Gyn. He is the founding and managing partner of Southeast Obstetrics and Gynecology, P.C. where he has remained since 1991.

Co-founder and President of the RTST Foundation, he has maintained his passion for philanthropy and social entrepreneurship, in addition to his lifetime commitment to his profession. A Congolese by birth and an American by adoption, he is a loyal but enlightened and mindful citizen interested in pursuits that benefit either or both countries.

Husband, father, and grandfather, he is one of a very large extended family which is spread throughout the world but to which he remains connected and deeply committed.

With a latent but voracious interest in golf, he also finds the time to exercise, practice yoga, enjoy a variety of good music, play a game of cards with friends and travel the world.
