Her company, Next Pivot Point, works to promote allyship and inclusion across all dimensions of diversity in the workplace to make sure everyone feels seen, heard, and belonging at work.
Julie is a Forbes contributor, frequent keynote speaker, podcast host and TEDx speaker. She holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, is a Certified Master Coach, and is a certified unconscious bias trainer.
