Meet Kierstin Cifelli, the fierce founder behind the Funsized™ Brand.

Standing at exactly 5 feet tall, Kierstin is an inspiration to petite women everywhere. After overcoming her own health challenges, Kierstin developed The Funsized™  Formula, a unique and balanced approach for women under 5’3” to safely and efficiently reach their fitness goals and optimal wellness.

Kierstin was born & raised on Long Island, NY, graduated from Flagler College in Florida, and now resides in Las Vegas, NV.

She’s an entrepreneur, certified personal trainer, certified sport nutritionist, certified holistic health coach, a former bikini competitor, a published model, and the host of The Funsized Podcast.

In this episode, Kierstin takes us on a journey about how she overcame the underestimation she faced growing up about her height and how she flipped the script and  turned it into a money-making superpower.
