Greg Youdan is a PhD Student in Kinesiology at Teachers College, Columbia University specializing in Motor Learning and Motor Control. He is an adjunct instructor and the lab manager for the Neurorehabilitation Research Lab working with Dr. Lori Quinn. Greg was also a professional dancer and pilates instructor prior to his entry into movement research.

Meet Greg Youdan and Move!

The Did you move today? podcast's mission is to bring movers, doctors, and artists together. Our goal is to promote love for movement, art, and science. 

When we think about movement we think about movement inside and outside the body. Why do we do this? Because no matter our race, language, country, and culture we live in a body and because Science and Art cannot be separated.
