Kate is a spiritual consultant for individuals and companies all over the world through her business The Light Within.  She lives in the Texas hill country with her precious husband and animal family.

In her spare time Kate endlessly muses and ponders and tries her damndest to remember to meditate.  She revels in this world’s fabulous food and drink and plays outside in the dirt whenever she can.
