In 2007 she founded the company Insight Language Solutions www.ils trans. com ), a woman-owned, ISO 17100 & ISO 9001 certified Translation company that has recently expanded to the FTS model. She occupies the role of CEO. She is a co-founder of the Argentine Association of Language Services (AASL) and served initially as Secretary and then as President for the last 4 years. She had an active role in the inclusion of the translation industry in Argentina’s Knowledge-Economy Act passed last 2019. Her main responsibility as President of AASL was to promote the development of the translation industry both locally and internationally. She actively participated in panels of leaders and presidents of international industry associations and articulated with local government agencies to promote the industry in Argentina Since 2017, she has voluntarily participated in the Argentina Chapter of Women in Localization, as she is committed to the empowerment and development of women in the translation and localization industry. Currently, she plays the role of Argentina’s Chapter Manager She plays an active role in academic studies at local universities, where her main role is to introduce the translation industry to students in the last year of their professional careers, many of whom become interns at ILS.
