Today I Skyped with Victoria Monroe, my very own Talent Manager. She founded Monroe Talent five years ago, but has been in the entertainment industry for twenty years. Victoria gives us advice on how to navigate this crazy industry in this crazy city. With that all being said, it's nice to meet you Victoria.
