Welcome back to Rated E for Erika - all things confidence and sexuality.  Joining me today is a special guest by the name of Aria Todd (She/Her). 

Aria, hair & clothing specialist, started coaching with me back in 2020 at the age of 20 - making her my youngest 1:1 client I have worked with. Aria is also a Type 1 Diabetic & has been living with this disability for 14 years. 

 

Aria has recently graduated from Paul Mitchel hair school in Florida and works as a clothing stylist at a high end boutique in the town she lives in.   When she's not making the most adorable IG reels with cute outfit ideas, you can find Aria with her Peach Tea Lemonade in hand from Starbucks hanging out with her friends and family.  She loves taking pics and believes in capturing the finer moments of life.  You can catch Aria pretending to be JLO in her kitchen as if it's the half time show!  In this episode, we talk about why she chose to work with a coach so early on in her adulthood, some of the things she needed support with and how it helped her during a really frustrating transition period.  Cool thing about Aria too is that she has a bit of rock n' roll in her blood!  We talked a bit about what life was like growing up backstage and how it effected her life growing up!  You can find Aria and all her amazingly kind energy on Instagram at @ariatodd or HERE
