Meet the Directors

The Bottom is a non-profit organization located in Knoxville, TN serving the community through a Black-affirming bookshop and arts programming. Rooted in place justice, we stand to build community, celebrate culture, and engage the creativity of Black people. 

At The Bottom is a podcast for all things related to The Bottom. Hosted by Bookshop Director, Annastasia Williams, our podcast will feature chats with The Bottom Crew and guest creatives or authors about literature we're reading and writing, art we're consuming and creating, and all the happenings going on in and through our space.
