Meet The Team: We catch up with parts manager Brett Sam to talk about his come up in the agricultural industry and how far he has come with Serafin Machinery over the years. Brett started in the workshop assembling machinery and then moved into the spare parts department. He then become the spare parts manager a little time after this, a role that he has made his own.
As Serafin Machinery's longest serving employee (15+ years), he has seen massive growth and changes within the business. He has built a loyal following and this is due to his exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
