In this meditation you will be guided to relax, release all your tension and follow me on a very special journey. We will take a wooden boat to a deserted island on a lake at dawn, and then hike across the jungle to reach a beautiful meadow full of life. Our journey will not end here though as there is a special light that beckons us to follow it. After some more trekking up and across a mountain pass, we reach a clearing with a wonderful light shining from above. In the distance there is a wooden chalet...
