Therefore I fled previously to Tarshish; for I know that You are a GRACIOUS AND MERCIFUL GOD, SLOW TO ANGER AND ABUNDANT IN LOVING KINDNESS, ONE WHO RELENTS FROM DOING HARM."   Prophet Joel said, " So rend your heart, and not your garments; Return to the Lord your God, For HE IS GRACIOUS AND MERCIFUL, SLOW TO ANGER AND OF GREAT IN KINDNESS AND HE RELENTS FROM DOING HARM."
