Hi everyone! Two weeks ago I had the honor of hosting a tasting at @akkuratstockholm with Gert Christiaens. He is the owner, brewer and revitaliser of @oudbeersel, a lambic brewery founded as early as 1882. He is also the chairman of @horalvzw, an organisation dedicated to uphold the tradition of Lambic brewing. This is what we talked about. Enjoy!
