It is no secret that people like hanging with other like minded people who share similar interests.
No matter the hobby, profession or just general interest, you may or may not know that there are groups of people near you who like to get together on a regular basis to "talk shop" and learn something new about their passion or just share their experiences.
One of the best ways to do that, from our experience, is to visit Meetup.com or use the Meetup app on Android & iOS.
For instance, recently Tesla lover Brad Whiteside discovered a Tesla owners meetup group here in the St. Louis area and attended the Midwest Tesla Gathering here in St. Louis. You can read his experience here and also just check out some of the Tesla photos he captured on his Flickr page.
We would really like to hear some of your favorite experiences with meetup groups. Have you made some new close friends, learned something completely new or maybe even meet your current, or soon to be spouse? Simply email us at [email protected].
