Megan started out as an engineer working in large manufacturing companies and after a demotivating corporate meeting decided to go out on her own and turn her micro-brewing hobby into her career. She shares her experience finding her niche and how her personal experiences in the beer industry helped her find a target demographic that and is underserved and thirsty for great beer.
