Hello, my friends, my life warriors! How are we doing today, I hope you are pushing yourself to a goal or dream or looking for some type of epic adventure.

Today on the podcast I am very lucky to have Megan McLaren she is a clinical and community social worker advocating for patients and families for the last 8 plus years. She has had a strong mental health background, with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work and is a trained Behavioral Health Consultant working with patients (ages 0-100) on symptom reduction, achieving success in both their mental and physical health.

Megan is also a mother of 2-year-old twin girls born in 2019. 2020 was the hardest year of her life, after suffering from PPD and PPA shortly after the emergency birth of Megan's daughters and a week-long NICU stay. She used the same tools that she use with her patients to pull herself through the darkest time of her life while exercising healthy boundaries, severing toxic ties, and prioritizing herself and her mental health. She continues to support mothers in their journey telling them that it’s, “me first, me second, me third.”

So please enjoy the podcast and stay safe, stay well, be awesome, and please take a moment to tell a friend and subscribe.
