मूल कारण विश्लेषण।

इंसान के दुखों और परेशानियों का मूल कारण अक्सर अज्ञानता होती है। किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या का निदान उसके मूल कारण का विश्लेषण करके किया जा सकता है।  हमें अपने बारे में अच्छा सोचने का पूरा अधिकार है। परंतु किसी के बारे में अपनी राय बेधड़क प्रकट करने से हम अक्सर उनको अंजाने में तकलीफ़ दे जाते हैं।  ध्यान रहे, मूल कारण जाने बिना कहीं भी अपनी प्रतिक्रिया ना जताएं।

Root Cause Analysis

Instead of hacking at the leaves I should be digging at the roots to discover the solution to the problem. I can address to the root cause and fix it wisely by working upon the problem behind the problem.
