S2E4. 臭豆腐 任性飄香的好味

Stinky tofu is special street food with a rich cultural influence. It may smell unusual but its taste is quite a thrill! With an ugly appearance and a not-so-appetizing name, stinky tofu is highly praised for its excellent texture and taste, which is really tender and savory! 

I really loved eating stinky tofu since I was little, but, I would not like it if it is not stinky enough.

我愛口感餅乾等級香酥不過硬
咬下大噴汁的臭豆腐！
尤其新鮮泡菜給越大方越好
和著蒜泥醬汁吃起來酸度夠又爽脆
真的讓人欲罷不能～

吃的時候一定要將整塊豆腐連同泡菜一次入口
享受在嘴中爆開的多重層次享受
兩者搭配吃讓人滿足到不行
不小心一點還會被酥脆的外皮刮破嘴！


清蒸麻辣臭豆腐也是我的愛
飽吸滷汁口感軟嫩
搭配碎肉清蒸入味
加上湯頭、火鍋料、鴨血、大腸等食材
冷呼呼的天氣吃這個真是滿足不已😚
