On episode 11, I sit down with De'dria Louise, the Founder of Rebranding Motherhood to discuss what it's like raising beautiful black queens in society today, career shifts during a pandemic that align with our passions, and how our experiences have motivated us to create a life that we love and can be proud of for our daughters. 

De’dria Bynum is a testament that God has the power to break every generational curse that was designed to block you from God’s will for your life. Throughout De’dria’s life, she encountered several hindrances that were intended to interrupt her destiny. By the age of twenty, she had become fatherless, molested, physically abused, homeless, tainted, and a single mother of one. Yet, it was in December of 2011 that she gained a spiritual encounter with God in one of the darkest places of her life. She would never be the same.

De'dria is a mother and a community servant. She created ReBranding Motherhood to provide a space for mothers to connect and speak about generation curses with the intent to break them. De'dria's mission is to encourage mothers to create a new narrative for their children, one that will manifest the life that God has predestined for them to have. Creating a community of mothers has also helped her remain accountable to what she has set out to do for herself and others.
