In this episode of The State of Bend, we're talking housing, specifically HB 2001, which is a legislative bill that expands housing options for the state of Oregon and then directs cities to expand their own building and zoning codes. The City of Bend now permits cottage clusters, quadplexes, etc which creates more options between an apartment and a single-family home.
