Thousands of businesses across Melbourne were forced to temorarily close, or operate under limited capacity after midnight on Wednesday as part of Victoria's stage 4 lockdown. But some confusion remains over what businesses are still able to trade, and what busineses must close their doors for six weeks. Daniel Ziffer reports from Melbourne.
