•     There has been a huge spike in property listing, almost back to the Feb 2020 range (pre-COVID). What does this all mean; is its distressed sales, or vendors meeting the demand of buyers?
•       Vacancy rates, an uptick in Melbourne is nothing to worry about. It’s localised into the Melbourne metro area, specifically high-rise apartments (ouch!).
