Finalist in the "International Songwriting Competition" beating over 20,000 people, and awarded "Best Female Dance Artist" & "Best Female World Artist" at the Indie Music Channel Awards , Meli Malavasi is a Costa Rican Singer- Songwriter based in L.A.

Her passion for writing great songs have let her to be part of The BMI/Warner- Chappell Songwriting Camp at the Gibson Showroom & getting some major song placements in TV shows like " Bad Girls Club" thanks to Lab Hits.

She has performed in places like: Room 5, The Whisky a Go Go, The Viper Room, House of Blues, Kulaks Woodshed, Los Globos and Make Music Pasadena Festival.

She's currently working on her next Spanish EP with Musical Director and Keyboardist of the 20x Latin-Grammy Award Winning Band Juanes.
