We have an exciting episode for you this week featuring a conversation with Melinda Hebbel who is the owner of Lo Melinda’s Buzz and Bloom in Loma Linda, California. We sat down with Melinda to get some insight into her mental approach to starting and running a business.

She possesses a willingness to arrange her life around her desire for connectedness and a strong sense of community even naming her drink products after others who have impacted her life.

And finally, with the clarity of her goals Melinda had the tenacity to grind and learn her business from the very beginning.  She possessed such an enthusiasm to master her craft that she flew halfway across the country to learn how to make great coffee from experts entirely at her own expense.
