Melinda Wagner supports gun control, and particularly a waiting period for gun licenses. About 25 years ago she lost a friend to suicide. She describes him as a wonderful, caring person who killed himself in a moment of depression. She often wonders if, had there been a waiting period for his gun purchase, if he would still be alive.
