On Butterflies of Wisdom today, JC (Host) and Best-Selling Author, Win C (Co-Host) welcomes Melissa Hood. Losing 40 jobs in 15 years, Missy Hood had suffered and struggled to overcome her ADHD. Missy triumphed over her condition and has gone on to achieve great things, and she wants to inspire others to do the same. Upon completing her research study at Texas State University, she decided sharing her life story in an autobiography would assist others dealing with the same disorder. Today Missy is enrolled in Concordia University’s Ed. D Program as she pursues her passion for teaching others in the field of Transformational Leadership. Today, Missy lives in Round Rock, TX, and continues to counsel and raise up those deemed “less likely to succeed.” Missy is an Apostolic Intercessor with a prophetic mantle and a gift of Healing & Deliverance who has been speaking since 1991.  God has taught her how to walk into any group setting and train/teach them how to war their way up in the spirit” to the point of breakthrough.  This breakthrough (most of the time) causes the entire group to skip multiple levels (up to a 100) spiritually.  She has prophetically trained up full prayer teams over four years, while being used to conduct staff Developments within Texas State University.  This versatility makes her style of teaching highly diverse. She applies these tools to women’s groups, church groups, and educational groups which enable members to move very quickly into new goals/achievements. Missy accomplishes this through direct training (educational settings), through prophetic prayer & revelation, & deliverance sessions where she activates members into new levels of the spirit.  Either way all parties are equipped her with highly lethal tools to advance into higher levels of the spirit which make those individuals highly efficient within their own arena. She has become so dynamic through prayer that she can attain breakthrough in little time to where she teaches these tools to leaders in various settings with ease.  Missy also helps those with deep inner healing issues to utilize these spiritual tools to build momentum and advance in settings where it was otherwise unattainable. She has used these tools for over 30 years in film/TV (in her past career as a costuming designer) which maneuvered her over into her new destiny as a public speaker to better assist larger audiences.  Positions that have included Presidents and Vice Presidents within high technology firms, churches, training up entire prayer teams from Texas to New York, New Jersey.
