I recently took on the Whole 30 journey with my family and I can say it helped me build and design new healthy healthy habits. Melissa and I start this show off with the massive change going on in this country centered around the tragic death of George Floyd. With this jump off point we are talk about Melissa's personal journey through an abusive past that led her to the Whole 30 and transforming millions of lives.
