At 19 years old, and a newly promoted supervisor, Melissa was told by one of her veteran direct reports, “You are NOT the leader.” At a young age Melissa learned that leadership is a responsibility not a position. This sparked her curiosity of personal leadership development that has taken her to be the dean of leadership development for Etech Global Services.
