Welcome to Mel’s Monday Meditation….

Today we will focus on clearing our minds from all the negative energy has been left behind from constant input it has received over the past week.

We get so much information that is pumped into our minds, from social media, from our colleagues, friends and family. Even our own inner voice contributes to this constant chatter. All of which increases our stress levels.

We need to detach from everything every now and then to reenergize ourselves with positive energy.

Let's rejuvenate our minds, and think clearly once again.
