Today's meditation is on the Root Chakra.

If the Root Chakra is out of alignment, we will often feel nervous, or have a since of dread. We don’t feel safe and can even become paranoid and in constant worry over even the smallest things. Physical parts of the body that can be effect from this imbalance, could be the spinal column, lower back, legs, feet and even the bladder.

It's important that we realign the Root Chakra to put things back into perspective, reconnect with earth and heal our bodies.

This short meditation will help guide you in this process.
