Welcome to Mel’s Monday Meditation….

Today we will focus on the Third Eye Chakra.

… this mysteriously sounding chakra is actually synonymous with the term our ‘minds eye’.

… it is what connects our physical realm to the other realms beyond as well as to the subconscious realm. This is where we can gain wisdom and insight allowing us to see past our physical limitations. It is associated with our imagination, wisdom, spirituality, intuition, perception, sight and inspiration.

When the Third Eye Chakra is blocked we experience confusion, lack of focus, inability to see our purpose, and lack of direction.

So, let's open up our third eye and get clarity in our life, shall we?
