When the Throat Chakra is blocked we can have difficulty speaking up for ourselves, become depressed, have low self-esteem and can find ourselves just follow along with social norms. When the Throat Chakra is over active, we can talk too much, gossip, complain too much and interrupting others when they try to speak.

By balancing the Throat Chakra, it will bring harmony which will not only allow you to express yourself better, but also the ability to listen to others when they do the same.
