Melvin David Rees Jr was known as the "Sex Beast" and he was an American serial killer who committed five murders in Virginia and Maryland between 1957 and 1959. Before his arrest & conviction he was a well known Jazz musician in the Washington DC area. He preyed on women that were out for a drive, it didn't matter to Rees who was with these women. If he wanted them he would stop at nothing to get them. He would kill entire families if he had to.
