Having started her career as a chemical engineer she came by accident into the executive search industry and is now her own boss. She shares insights about her industry, and what makes someone a great leader. She also sees no reason why women in Malaysia can’t rise to the top but that it will take some time before Malaysia will see its first female Prime Minister.
